• To assist the team in providing the highest possible standard of food and hygiene to the scheme.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• To be willing to work various shifts including weekends.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Experience of maintaining Health and Safety and Hygiene Standards.
• Proven ability to work with limited supervision and be able to undertake a range of routine tasks.
• Proven ability of managing a budget and planning menus to meet the needs of the clients.
