Job description

The post holder will work within the technical team to ensure the smooth running of the venue and Pantomime 2023. The post holder will be expected to work on the get-ins, fit-up and the operation of technical equipment for pantomime and other performances.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the technical preparation and furnishing of The Market Places auditoria and general facilities for all the events staged therein or on any other site as directed including setting up rooms for conferences and events.
• Responsible for the operation, when required, of the necessary lighting, communication and sound systems and associated facilities during events.
• Provide detailed records of contra items for recharge to hirers, if required
• Maintain as current, an inventory of all technical equipment and supplies used within The Market Place

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• One years demonstrable experience in the technical aspects of running live performance;
• Experience of using Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word, excel, outlook or Apple OSX
