Job description
The Patient Experience Department is a division of Hr & Corporate Affairs Directorate providing Catering, Environmental Cleaning Portering Laundry, Smoke Free, Security and Car Parking Services for a variety of locations within the Trust. The Service Assistant who is part of the Patient Experience Team support Medical and Nursing staff in providing a comprehensive range of high quality, customer focused service to patients, Trust staff and visitors. The Service Assistants will carry out a wide range of tasks relating to Patient Experience and will be allocated various tasks as appropriate from those detailed below..
Responsibilities
- Ensure the Trusts policy on equality of opportunity is promoted through his/her own actions and those of any staff for whom he/she has responsibility.
- To carry out a wide range of tasks relating to Patient Experience Services including but not limited to, movement, cleaning/housekeeping, food production / service, security & communications.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills

Desirable Skills
- Hold a current full driving licence with Category B/B1 valid for use in the UK.
