E-Learning Coordinator


Job description

We are seeking an E-learning Coordinator to join our team at Copacetic Business Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of our e-learning programs. Your contributions will play a key role in enhancing the learning experiences of our diverse audience.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, evaluate, and record training activities or program effectiveness.
  • Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve skills.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives.
  • Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.
  • Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
  • Present information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.
  • Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, or handouts.
  • Design, plan, organize and direct orientation and training for employees or customers of industrial or commercial establishment.
  • Work with consultants to create content for e-learning platform and LMS.
  • Select and assign instructors to conduct training.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Third level education in teaching and/or HR.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe and video management software.
  • Microsoft Office experience.

Further Information

The Employer is: COPACETIC BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LTD. Salary: 16/17 £5.28, 18/20 £7.49, 21/22 £10.18, 23/24 £10.42 per hour. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
