Job description

Liaise with Sports Academy Management to plan and ensure catering services are available when needed. Maximise income generating opportunities for the Sports Academy. This is an opportunity to showcase skills with a view to long term employment and opportunities within a growing community sports hub..

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skills associated with food production.
• Management and reordering of stock, sales and wastage.
• Staff and roster planning and reporting of staff hours to finance team.
• Other tasks to include customer service, EPOS operation, food hygiene, cleaning and healthy and safety.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Customer service skills.
• Experience in food production and preparation.
• Experience in working as part of a team.

Desirable Skills

• Staff roster planning.
• Knowledge or qualification in Food Safety.
• EPOS/Till operation.

Further Information

The Employer is: BALLYMACASH SPORTS ACADEMY LTD. Salary: 16/17yrs £5.28, 18/20yrs £7.49, 21/22yrs £10.18, 23/24yrs £10.42 per hour. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
