The Employer is: BRILLIANT RED DIGITAL LTD. Brilliant Red Digital is seeking to hire a full-time Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. You will work across a range of digital marketing campaigns, liaise with clients and work directly with our Directors to successfully deliver projects.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the marketing manager and marketing team with project organization.
• Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities.
• Prepare and launch online optimised marketing campaigns evaluating optimisation metrics to ensure campaigns are effective - reacting quickly and revising campaigns where needed to ensure that trends are acted upon to maximise ROI.
• Designing and executing social media and online activity, writing creative copy, content strategy and implementation.
• Planning and executing website search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email, social media, and pay per click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
• Building strong relationships with customers.
• Project management.
• Website optimisation and content creation.
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc).
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
• Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Qualifications: Good technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft. With a preferable level 2/3 attainment in a technical area and/or digital marketing.
• Digital marketing skills: Good working knowledge of core areas, including social media expertise, creation of email campaigns, content writing, SEO, data analytics.
• Excellent communication skills - faultless written and verbal communication skills are essential for this position.
• IT skills including digital and social media.
• Problem solving skills.
• Administration skills.
• The ability to organise your time and workload.
• To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
• Fluent level of English, both spoken and written.
• Project and campaign management experience.
• Highly organised and self-motivated.
• Experience is using digital platforms like WordPress and social media platforms.

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience of working in an office environment.
• Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc).
• BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field.

Further Information

The Employer is: BRILLIANT RED DIGITAL LTD. Although this is a full time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position.
