Taking beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
  • Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients.
  • Taking beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail.
  • Assessing customer preferences and making drink recommendations.
  • Providing a positive guest experience by interacting with customers.
  • Collecting money for drinks served and providing change as needed.
  • Stock duty.
  • General cleaning, using company expectations via check sheets.
  • Slicing, pitting, and preparing fruit garnishes for drinks.
  • Meeting and exceeding customer expectations on every visit.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Training or experience with bar tending
  • Knowledge of drink mixing and garnishing
  • Strong communication skills

Desirable Skills

  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Second language desirable but not essential
