Fryer
Job description
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while efficiently handling orders, operating the fryer and maintaining a clean and organised work area. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities and a passion for delivering high quality food and service.
Responsibilities
- Cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness standards in the counter area, fryer station etc.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations: Temperature control, cross-contamination prevention.
- Process cash and card transactions.
- Assist in daily opening and closing tasks.
- Prepare side dishes, sauces and condiments as needed.
- Maintain good customer service: Handling complaints etc.
- Attend staff meetings and complete all training that is assigned to you.
- Food preparation - Responsible for preparing and portioning ingredients such as potatoes for frying.
- Frying operations - Responsible for operating the fryer to cook various items. This includes monitoring oil temperature, adjusting cooking times etc.

Further Information
The Employer is: THE FRYING SQUAD LTD Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Salary: 16-17 £6.40, 18-20 £8.60, 21 plus £11.44 per hour.
