Administration and assisting with property rental and management..


  • Dealing with public enquiries in person.
  • Answering and transferring phone calls.
  • Typing letters and brochures.
  • Filing.
  • Scanning and shredding.
  • Collecting and returning keys.
  • Providing basic office support.
  • Learning computer software (Alto Property Management/Quest Valuation Software).
  • Handling and counting cash.
  • Gathering comparable evidence from agents.
  • Organising rental property repairs.
  • Organising rental viewings.
  • Liaising with tenants about rents and repairs.
  • Drafting up lease agreements.
  • Possibly carrying out rental viewings.
  • Instructing valuations to surveyors.
  • Typing up parts of the valuations.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Must have good use of English language.
  • Good grammar for drafting letters.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team.
  • Have good people skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Ideally hold a drivers licence.
  • Maths and English GCSE to grade C.

Further Information

The Employer is: MANEELY & CO LTD. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Salary: 16-17 £6.40, 18-20 £8.60, 21 plus £11.44 per hour.
