Job description

To assist in providing administrative support service..

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the coordination of market research.
  • Ensure all relevant data is correct and regularly updated.
  • Answer telephone calls and emails.
  • Maintain filing system.
  • Participate in selling initiative.
  • Handle and arrange quotations and discounts.
  • Process orders to completion.
  • Effectively assist to resolve customer and supplier queries.
  • Packing and despatching goods.
  • Check goods in/out.
  • Assist with other duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • 5 GCSEs minimum requirement including Maths and English grade C or above.
  • Flexible.
  • A good understanding of computer systems.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Driving licence.

Further Information

The Employer is: CENTRAL SOURCE. Salary: 16-17 £6.40, 18-20 £8.60, 21 plus £11.44 per hour. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
