Handle transactions: Process orders and returns, manage payments, pick and pack products from our online website and trade counter. Understand and explain product features to customers at our Trade counter, (training provided). Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards. (training provided). Engage professionally with customers during deliveries, address concerns, and confirm details. (training provided). Manage time effectively for deliveries, customer service, and administrative tasks. (training provided). Handle multiple tasks like coordinating deliveries and updating documents. (training provided)..

Responsibilities

• Keep track of stock, help with restocking, and organise products.
• Set up and maintain products on displays.
• Work with the sales team to prepare products for sales or promotions.
• Record and report stock levels and sales.
• Keeping the counter area clean, organised, and presentable.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Willing to learn new things.
• Set personal learning goals related to skills and product/customer awareness.
• Think about how to use new knowledge in real situations.
• Be flexible and ready to handle changes and challenges in our fast-paced environment.
• Be able to prioritise your tasks and focus on the important ones to complete the job.

Desirable Skills

• Cleaning driving licence would be a bonus but not essential.
• Collaborating with team members to provide excellent customer service.

Further Information

The Employer is: ATP CONSUMABLES LTD. Although this is a full-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Salary: 16-17 £6.40, 18-20 £8.60, 21 plus £11.44 per hour.
