Job description

The Employer is: LARNE YMCA. This person will be responsible for opening and closing after bookings, cleaning Greenland Community Centre and making sure that the centre is usable for all other groups.

Responsibilities

• As a person with keys your responsibilities will be to open the centre for bookings, lock up afterwards, ensure that the premise is in a usable manor
• You will also report any maintenance issues to the Business and Finance Manager and or the CEO
• You will ensure that there is adequate cleaning supplies and report back to the Business and Finance Manager and or the CEO to ensure supplies are ordered as required

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• No essential skills as training will be provided however the person needs to be willing to maintain a high standard of cleaning

Desirable Skills

• The person applying would need to have good communication skills, interpersonal skills, maintain confidentiality, empathy, ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team

Further Information

The Employer is: LARNE YMCA. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Greenland Community Centre is a busy centre with booking Monday to Friday and weekends.
