We are seeking Production Operatives for our client, Stone Bakery, a gluten free bakery that supplies most of their produce to America and Australia based in Crossmaglen.

Responsibilities

• Working as part of a team to ensure that production targets are met on time and in accordance with company standards.
• Work with speed and efficiency on the production line to ensure that products are of a high standard.
• Mixing ingredients, quality checking, packing, meeting production targets, ensuring machines are running effectively and ensuring product safety.
• Ensure product safety, particularly with regards to essential CCP checks as part of HACCP system.
• You will have health and safety at the forefront of all actions, making the site a leader in exemplary health and safety behaviour and performance.
• To be a pro-active member of the team, maintaining company standards.
• Operate within and support the company culture.
• Carry out all other reasonable duties to meet the needs of the business as requested by the Manager. Report any issues to your manager
• Always keep your work area clean, tidy and uncluttered.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous food production experience preferred but not essential
