Job description

Production based work initially : manufacturing, packing and handling of various meat products. Use of machinery. There is the opportunity to progress and to take part in our 4 year apprenticeship scheme to become a qualified butcher.

Responsibilities

• To be able to take instruction.
• To follow rules set down by the management.
• To keep your work area clean and tidy.

Further Information

Working in family run retail business. Gaining knowledge in the manufacturing of meat products for direct sale to customers in our farm shop.
