Job description

Brewery Production Operative based in Castlewellan Co Down.

Responsibilities

• Operating Packaging machinery after appropriate training.
• Recording daily production record sheets.
• Assisting Brewing & Packaging staff in all aspects of beer manufacture and packaging in keg, bottles & cans.
• Undertaking necessary cleaning of Brewery Production Environment to Food Manufacturing Standards in NI.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Numeracy for maintaining packaging & production records.
