• Assessing patients and gaining their trust
• Learning and staying on top of current practices
• Keeping records and documentation of residents
• Identifying any potential hazards and addressing them
• Administrating regular medication
• Taking samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures
• Monitoring and administering medication
• Writing records
• Monitoring patients' progress
