Job description
The post holder will report directly to the Director of Assets and will assist the Asset Managers to provide a high quality service including business support, quality management, customer services and complaints and assist in the correlation and production of auditable performance data and reports. To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum: 1.Good general level of education to include at least 3 A Levels (at a minimum of Grade C or above) and GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) OR QCF Level III (previously NVQ) in Business Administration or equivalent relevant qualification. AND Eighteen months administration experience working in a business environment including operation of a bespoke computerised system. 2.Demonstrable experience of working in an environment regulated by set working policies and procedures. 3.Excellent level of IT literacy with demonstrable experience of Microsoft Office and in particular experience in the use of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets including the production of graphs, charts and pivot tables with the ability to manipulate and interpret data and produce analytical reports. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of files for external audit purposes e.g. ISO audits and assist with the follow through of any action points to drive improvement.
- Prepare and distribute accurate and well-presented weekly reports and provide colleagues with information to assist in the delivery of effective business services.
- Handle confidential and commercial information with discretion and in accordance with data protection legislation.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
