Job description
We are recruiting for a Customer Service role to service our Northern Ireland Customers. You will provide a fast and efficient customer service to new and existing customers in Northern Ireland. You will ensure excellent customer service is always provided whilst communicating courteously and accurately. This role will cover all aspects of customer interaction from chatting online to handling complaints. Benefits: 37.5 hour per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm no weekend work. The successful candidate will be required to complete a four week comprehensive training programme providing you with the skills and product knowledge that you need to be successful in this role. Responsibilities
- You will ensure that the business is fulfilling its obligations with regards to the regulatory environment and its products are tested and compliant with the relevant underwriting and rating guides.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Minimum of two G.C.S.E. passes to include English Language and Maths related subjects or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent and proven customer service skills
- Customer service experience
