Responsibilities

• Your focus will be to ensure the Community Centre, both inside and out, is clean and well maintained to meet the standards set by Council.
• You will also be responsible for enabling access to the community centre, supervising bookings, when required, and responding to requests from the public.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Applicants must have a minimum of Entry Level Essential Skills qualifications in Adult Literacy and Adult Numeracy
• 6 months' experience in the following:
• Experience in the the operation of facilities to include cleaning and security duties.
• Experience in dealing with members of the public and queries.
• Experience in undertaking administrative duties within a customer focused environment.
• A full current driving licence valid in the UK and access to a vehicle OR have access to a form of transport that enables you to carry out the duties of the post.
• (one year in all of the above if Criterion 1 is not met)
