Job description

As a healthcare assistant with Hamptons Healthcare you will have the opportunity to work in a range of settings throughout Northern Ireland, delivering exceptional standards of care to all clients. As an agency worker you have the flexibility to choose the shifts you work each week, with no minimum or maximum hours required. Previous experience in the role of a healthcare assistant is required.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: assist with personal hygiene, toileting, continence care etc
• Support with eating and drinking: assisting with food and fluids and ensuring correct levels are adhered to
• Assisting with mobility: use of hoists, slide sheets etc
• Record keeping: repositioning charts, food and fluid intakes etc
• Adhering to care plans

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 1 years experience
• NISCC registered

Desirable Skills

• Relevant qualification
