Job description

The Post holder will assist the Service Lead (Security, Car Parking & Access Control) with the management of various Patient Experience Teams. They will provide Patient Experience services in a customer-focused manner ensuring delivery of appropriate quality services, which will achieve value for money within the delegated budget allocations. He / she will provide specialist knowledge and advice regarding Car Parking and Access Control services for Patient Experience in accordance with Trust Policies and Procedures.

Responsibilities

• The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of Car Parks, Car Parking allocations and Access Control services across the Trust
• To develop plans to meet customer requirements and lead change as appropriate

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• A management qualification at NVQ Level 4 equivalent plus at least two years’ suitable junior management experience within a Car Parking/Transport/Logistics environment
• Or worked for at least three years in a junior management role where you have gained experience in a Car Parking/Transport/Logistics environment
