The Ebrington Hotel is now seeking to recruit Revenue Manager for their premises, Ebrington Square, Derry-Londonderry: Revenue Manager Job Reference: RM1124 (please reference this with your application) Contract: Full Time Permanent Start date: To be confirmed Salary: Competitive Hours of work: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective pricing for all market segments (transient and group) Work closely with Hotel Management teams to maximise top line sales delivery Maintain strong links with the commercial and support functions (sales, marketing and PR) provide ins
• Revenue Analysis and Tracking Communicates daily at an agreed time to each property reviewing pick up, pick up by segment, pace and rate strategy Ensures accurate reporting for analysis with time frames and standardised formats to be agreed with Hot
• Systems Ensuring that the reservations system is operated to company standards and the system is reviewed quarterly checking and making relevant adjustments to ensure standards are upheld. Reservation system templates must be reviewed every 6 months
• Forecasting Utilising the Daily by segment forecasting report to identify need periods and variances to benchmarked timeframes with detailed summary as to reasons and activities. Inclusion of findings to be built into the Revenue Managers report reg
• Inventory Management Oversee, review and monitor accurate levels of inventory, based on forecasted demand Communicates and is responsible for the implementation of effective restriction methods in periods of high demand Identifies the highest yield
