Project Manager
Job description
Reporting to the Head of Planned Maintenance, the Project Manager will have responsibility for the management of complex planned maintenance and investment projects to commercial and residential properties. As Project Manager, the prime responsibility will be to develop and implement good programme and project management practice within individual projects and the wider teams.

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Full professional membership such as RICS /CIOB/RIBA/APM or similar
- At least three years’ experience in a project management position delivering property works /refurbishment services.
- Experience in delivering individual projects valued at £1m per annum.
- Experience in providing combined projects valued at £3m plus per annum.
- Experience of managing to meet performance targets/KPIs
- Knowledge and experience of NEC Contracts.
- Experience of the project design process including obtaining statutory approvals.
Desirable Skills
- Degree or equivalent in a surveying, building services or property management related discipline
- Social Housing experience and meeting the requirements of Tenants.
- Experience in options appraisals and design remodelling.
