The Resource Team Leader will manage the ISO 20000 Service Management System. The post holder will support the implementation of ISO 20000 across the directorate. The Resource Team leader will undertake the role of lead auditor and will be a key contact for all audit services. They will be key contact for all audit services including the provision of advice and guidance to Senior Management, Managers, Auditors and Staff in relation to ISO 20000. Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the delivery of internal auditing schedules, collating auditor returns, including monitoring and reporting non-conformances, complaints and producing the draft Senior Management Quality Review report.
• To plan and manage all external and internal ISO 20000 audits across all ITS service functions in order to ensure that service quality and consistency is maintained and ITS retains accreditation to ISO 20000.
• To be responsible for managing the audit process, planning, organising and delivery of twice yearly audits working with Senior Management. To ensure that all activities associated with the role are planned and delivered.
• To be responsible for the operational implementation of ISO 20000 across all ITS service areas.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Have a university degree or relevant professional qualification level, and a minimum of 2 years experience in a an audit and/or records management related role in an IT organisation.
• Or Have at least 5 years in an audit and/or records management related role in an IT organisation.

Desirable Skills

• ISO 20000 Foundation Training.
• ITL V4 Foundation.
• Knowledge and or support of writing business cases.
