Job description

The post holder will provide an effective and efficient Telephony service for the Belfast Trust and maintain appropriate information in all system databases.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the efficient running of the service
  • Manage performance of staff within the department
  • Maintain quality in own work and ensure staff act consistently with policies and departmental protocols, procedures and budgets

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • A university degree OR HNC/D qualification or equivalent plus 2 years’ experience in staff management. OR Three years’ relevant experience in staff management.
  • Experience in supervisory management.
  • Effective planning and organisational skills with an ability to prioritise own workload.

Desirable Skills

  • Institute of Leadership Management Qualification.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages (e.g.) Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
