BHSCT_Band 5 Telephony Manager (Switchboard)
Job description
The post holder will provide an effective and efficient Telephony service for the Belfast Trust and maintain appropriate information in all system databases.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the efficient running of the service
- Manage performance of staff within the department
- Maintain quality in own work and ensure staff act consistently with policies and departmental protocols, procedures and budgets
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- A university degree OR HNC/D qualification or equivalent plus 2 years’ experience in staff management. OR Three years’ relevant experience in staff management.
- Experience in supervisory management.
- Effective planning and organisational skills with an ability to prioritise own workload.
Desirable Skills
- Institute of Leadership Management Qualification.
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages (e.g.) Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
