Job description

The Loans officer main purpose is to provide an efficient service to members, process transactions, carry out loan interviews, open accounts and carry out a range of administrative tasks. We are particularly interested in people who have experience in dealing on-line loan applications and have high level IT skills and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Required to serve members
• Deal with queries
• Input financial data, ask questions
• Answer phones and assess loan documentation

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• 2 years experience within the last 4 of providing financial services including loan applications and cash handling
