Job description
As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your assigned department. This includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory levels, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve departmental goals.
- Review sales data and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
- Collaborate with other department managers to achieve overall store objectives.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure stock availability.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing department.
