Job description

Room Supervisor Qualified Level 5 Or Above. Manage staff. Manage daily routines and activities. Support management. To provide high standard of care in all areas to all service users. Keep detailed, accurate and comprehensive records and observations for all children. Liaise with manager and parents.

Responsibilities

• To work with and support the management team. Deputise for manager if required. Delegate duties within team, including paperwork. Quality check all reports and paperwork produced by room team. A sound knowledge of norms of development.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Qualification level 5 or above essential. Level 3 with supervisory experience (proven) may be considered. A written exercise may form part of the interview process.

Desirable Skills

• Creative with a love of outdoor learning a knowledge and or experience of under two development supervisory experience.
