Admin Assistant


Job description

We are seeking an Administrator to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office based in Ballymena.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organise office operations, procedures, and documentation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.).
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • At least 1 years experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Experience with office management systems, databases, and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
