Our Client, a family run bakery, are seeking a Team Leader to join their expanding team, based in Dromore. The role of the Team Leader is to support the Head of Production and Production Supervisors in ensuring the smooth running of the Production department to deliver quality and Quantity on time every time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that products are meeting spec.
• Ensure that production process is carried out correctly.
• Setting up, operating controlling and overseeing production machinery.
• Assisting QA team in completing paperwork.
• Assisting QA team in completing paperwork.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• At least one year's production experience.

Pay Rate: Dayshift: £13.00 - £13.80 Per Hour Nightshift: £14.00 - £14.80 Per Hour Working Hours: Day Shift: Monday to Friday - 5am/7am/9am start time or 6am-7am Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday 11pm - 7.30am Additional Information: This Team Leader role is based in Dromore Co.Down, Northern Ireland.
