Payroll Administrator


Job description

We are seeking a reliable and organised Payroll Administrator to provide maternity cover for a period of 9 to12 months. This role will support this busy construction business in Buncrana, Co. Donegal. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative, financial, and operational duties to ensure the smooth running of their office and support to their field based teams.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Field-Based Staff
  • Ordering and coordinating materials as required
  • Arranging travel, flights, and transport for staff
  • Booking accommodation when required
  • Payroll & Subcontractor Administration
  • Payroll & Subcontractor Administration
  • Accurately recording information in the company system
  • Processing payroll through the payroll system
  • Making payments to personnel and subcontractors
  • General Office & Finance Support
  • Processing payments to suppliers
  • Liaising with customers as required
  • Undertaking basic bookkeeping duties

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Payroll experience

Desirable Skills

  • Working in a constructon or fast paced office
