Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional cutting, colouring, and styling services to clients.
• Provide personalised consultations and create bespoke looks.
• Maintain high standards of service, professionalism, and client care.
• Thrive in a busy, fast-paced salon environment.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Hold a Level 2 or above qualification with salon experience or a newly qualified stylist ready to grow.
• Has a genuine passion for hairdressing and creativity.
• Someone who can deliver an exceptional client experience every time, and puts customers at the heart of everything you do.
• Wants to build a successful career within MACC Hair.

The Employer is: MACC HAIR BELFAST JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information - Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. - Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. - Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
