Job description

Whiteabbey Hospital Site Hospital Diversion nursing team. The post holder is to provide leadership and clinical expertise within the Hospital Diversion Nursing Team. They will lead, develop and hold continuing responsibility for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation, evaluation of programmes of care and the settings of standards of care. The post holder is responsible for the management of the team of Nurses, including the deployment, supervision and teaching of students and other staff. Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Registered on the NMC Register Part 1 Adult
• Have a Nursing Degree AND 3 years post-registration experience within an acute setting or the Hospital Diversion Nursing Team.
