Job description

Due to demand in the Lisburn area. Silver Cloud Care NI is recruiting experienced Care Assistants to work in the community. Minimum call time 1 hour. If you are a personable, empathetic, caring, compassionate with a desire to care and support vulnerable adults in their own home, then you are the right person to join our highly professional team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure physical and emotional wellbeing.
• Support independence with dignity and respect.
• Assisting with dressing, bathing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Meal preparation.
• Provide much needed company and and engaging conversation.
• Social Outings, go for a cuppa and a walk around the shops.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring and friendly nature.
• A non judgemental approach to care.
• Driver with access to own car.

Further Information

You will be required to undergo an enhanced Access NI enhanced check. Be registered with NISCC (or willing to register) Complete all mandatory training.
