Job description

The Role: You will begin as a domestic retrofit installer and progress towards installing full MVHR systems. Ongoing training will be provided to enable you to design and specify systems for new builds. For suitable applicants, the role can expand to include liaising with consultants and contractors across all project stages , from design and planning to installation and handover , ensuring technical accuracy, safety, and compliance. This is a full time, 40 hour per week role covering sites across Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Train to design, install, and maintain condensation & mould solutions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Develop safety, compliance, and technical standards

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• No previous ventilation experience required but handyman or general trades experience is advantageous.
• A hands-on individual with practical site experience, looking to progress into a more technical or project-focused role.

Desirable Skills

• Based in Ireland or Northern Ireland, with flexibility to travel to project sites.
• Eager to learn and develop specialist expertise.
