The Frying Squad is seeking a customer-focused Counter Assistant to join our team. As a Counter Assistant, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, processing payments, and serving food to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
• Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner.
• Assist in food preparation.
• Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system and process payments.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
• Ensure that the dining area is clean and organised at all times.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and colleagues.
• Assist with other duties as required, such as cleaning or restocking supplies.
