We are seeking a Grounds Caretaker to join our team. This role involves general site upkeep and maintenance, ensuring the site remains safe, clean, and welcoming for tenants and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the retail park is well maintained with daily litter picks and general well maintenance
• Please note the role involves heavy lifting

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Experience in general facilities or grounds maintenance is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
