Job description

We are looking for a professional, vigilant and personable door supervisor to join our security team. As the first point of contact for customers you aren't just security, you are a brand ambassador. Your primary goal is to maintain a safe, welcoming environment by managing admissions, monitoring crowd behaviour and de-escalating potential conflicts before they arise.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• You must have a valid SIA Licence and basic first aid.

Desirable Skills

• Past experience in similar job roles, a good attitude to work as part of a team.
