Property Services Officer


Job description

Choice is seeking to recruit a Property Services officer to co-ordinate, manage and report on the provision of property and maintenance services. Please see employer website for full job details & person specification.

Responsibilities

  • To provide an efficient, responsive and excellent customer focused Property Services maintenance service to Choice customers.
  • To maintain and develop positive working relationships with external agencies such as: Fire Authority, RQIA, Managing Partners, Health and Safety Executive, Building Control, Environmental Health, HMO and other housing providers, etc.
  • To liaise with tenant groups to promote knowledge of the maintenance service and facilitate greater information and choice.
  • To carry out duties, as required, at a range of locations for Choice.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • HND or equivalent in a surveying, building services or property management related discipline OR Sound knowledge of building construction with a minimum of 6 year's relevant experience in construction or estate/property management.

Desirable Skills

  • Ability to collate and analyse statistics and provide relevant written reports.
