- Negotiating with sub contractors
- Organising and following up on repairs/insurance issues
- Overseeing health and safety regulations
- Enforcement of lease terms
- Managing repairs

Essential Skills
- Building construction/surveying skills
- Strong communication skills for dealing with property owners
