Job description

To ensure store stock levels are maintained and stored in a safe, organized manner, adhering to company standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive drink deliveries from suppliers and check against delivery dockets and order sheets for accuracy.
• Report any irregularities, damages, or breakages to the delivery person and accounts personnel promptly.
• Store deliveries in an organized manner, ensuring adherence to "first in, first out" (FIFO) stock rotation procedures
• Ensure that stock is stored in a manner that prevents breakage or theft.
• Ensure bars are fully stocked in advance of service to meet operational demands.
• Ensure relevant bottles are either recycled or crated for collection, adhering to proper disposal or recycling procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• At least 1 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Experience in handling stock and making up requisitions.
• Willingness to work early shifts, starting from 5:00am/5:30am.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of bottle recycling processes and waste management.
