Responsibilities

• Execute all aspects of custom cabinetry production, ensuring each piece meets customer specifications and our high standards.
• Assist with various workshop tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the team.
• Uphold a pristine and safe workshop environment, adhering to all safety protocols and best practices.
• Ensure the final product adheres to company quality standards, performing necessary adjustments and refinements.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Experience working in a workshop in this industry would be highly beneficial.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to interpret and understand CAD drawings with accuracy and precision.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to work independently when needed.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
• Proficiency in using a range of hand tools, saws, and woodworking machinery.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in cabinet making or bespoke furniture production.
• Proficient in the English language, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate within the team
