Job description

Dealing with enquiries through various social media platforms. Posting advertisements on Facebook and Instagram. You will be the first point of contact for the company's customers. You will book in clients onto the company's diary system and arrange days and times for the external sales representative to call. Also in your training, you will have some days onsite installing floors and learning how to measure areas to help you progress into providing quotes at a later stage. Excellent training and future opportunities await.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for posting pre-approved content on social media using the company's page.
• Responding to customer enquiries.
• Communicating with clients to arrange appointment dates.
• Growing followers on Facebook and Instagram.
• Liaise with sales representatives to meet customer's needs.
• Other duties may include leaflet drops in popular area to generate new business opportunities.
• Basic flooring training onsite.
