Community Inclusion Officer Inclusion Matters REF: 24-096-CIO-ECI-WEB Job Role Community Inclusion Officer Location Belfast Salary starting on £27334 per annum, pro rata Hours 28 Hours per week Agile working options .

Responsibilities

• The Community Inclusion Officer will be responsible for promoting the inclusion of adults with disabilities, autism, and brain injury to build new social networks within their local communities.
• The focus is on encouraging peer support and enabling user-led networking to help participants become involved in social, sport and leisure opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• RQF level 6 e.g. Bachelors Degree or equivalent level professional qualification and minimum of 1 year paid experience in the direct provision of education training or support or minimum RQF 4 or equivalent in a relevant discipline
• AND Minimum of 3 years paid experience as above
• Proficiency in IT skills specifically Microsoft Word Excel Outlook
• Ability to work independently with good organisational communication and interpersonal skills
