Job description

The Information Lead will support the senior management team within the Primary and Community Care Division and provide a comprehensive support service that links all services within the division. Particular focus for the post holder will be working closely with senior managers to ensure successful implementation of the Neighbourhood District Nursing and Delivering Care models across the Western Trust..

Responsibilities

• Accountable to the Assistant Director, Primary and Community Care, for the effective and efficient operation and delivery of all aspects of the planning, performance and business support functions within the Division.
• Support the Assistant Director and Heads of Service in reviewing service provision, collating priorities, monitoring and reporting on progress against action plans.
• Undertake process mapping of existing services and develop appropriate action plans for improvement, as required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• A degree or relevant professional qualification and worked for at least 2 years within the last 5 in a Business Management or Project Management or Planning and Performance Management role in a Major complex organisation OR
• Have worked for at least 4 years within the last 5 in a Business Management or Project Management or Planning and Performance Management role in a Major complex organisation
• Business Management or Project Management or Planning and Performance Management role is defined as band 5, or equivalent, and above. Major complex organisation is defined as one with a least 200 staff or an annual budget of at least £50m.
• Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment. This criteria will be waived in the case of applicants whose disability prohibits driving but who have access to a form of transport SEE JD

Desirable Skills

• Managing Change
• Project Management or Training qualifications.
