Job description

Responsible to the Regional Programme Delivery Manager (RPDM) to support in the leading and effective delivery and management of the Heating Unit Team. Operational implementation and delivery of the Region’s various Building Services Contracts which includes the Regional Heating Contract. Provide technical advice & support to the RPDM in all M&E related matters.

Responsibilities

• To ensure the mechanical and electrical planned maintenance service is delivered in accordance with the NIHEs policies and procedures and develop these further on an on-going basis. See candidate information pack for full details.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Possess a Bachelors degree, or an equivalent Level 6 qualification, in a Building/Construction related discipline PLUS 3 years relevant experience. See candidate information pack for full details.
