The Employer is: MCKEEVER HOTELS. The presentation and service of beverages as per SOP in accordance with health, hygiene & safety legislation..

Responsibilities

• To ensure you report for duty on time, in the correct uniform and groomed to the highest standard of personal hygiene as per roster.
• To wear your name badge at all times.
• To maintain the standards of hygiene and cleanliness of the bar associated areas and equipment.
• To maintain glassware and service equipment as per SOP.
• To display current price lists and correct prices.
• To ensure you are familiar with all of the products available.
• To be familiar with legislation in relation licensing law.
• To prepare beer dispense units for service, ie. Kegs changes, gas cylinders connected.
• To clear empty bottles, glasses, wash glasses and clean tables using trays at all times.
• To adhere to all cash handling procedures as per SOP.
• To assist with the training of other members of staff.
• To assist in the service of the Lounge Area.
• To be familiar with all menu items and there component ingredients.
• To be familiar with all facilities in the hotel and be able to cross sell accommodation and other products.
• To follow company policy in relation to allergens and serving customers with an allergy.
• To ensure all customers are served quickly & courteously as per service procedure.
• To ensure that all complaints are dealt with courteously and reported to management.
• To assist in the service of conferences and functions.
• To ensure you adhere to all heath and safety, fire and food hygiene regulation as per company policy.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Good communication skills.

Further Information

The Employer is: MCKEEVER HOTELS. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
