The Employer is: STARBUCKS. As a barista, you will have the opportunity to create delicious beverages and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy working in a team-oriented setting, we would love to hear from you. .

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar area.
• Stock and replenish supplies as needed.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register records.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Familiarity with basic math skills for cash handling purposes.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic math skills for cash handling purposes.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Previous experience.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

Further Information

The Employer is: STARBUCKS. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Pay: £8.00 - £11.44 per hour Benefits: Company pension Store discount.
