The Employer is: HAGANS LEISURE. Ensure all accommodation situated on the park are cleaned to a high standard; ensure all public areas and buildings on the park are clean and presentable at all times. To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests, with the key aim of enhancing the customer experience by having excellent standards of holiday park cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • This is not an exhaustive list of all of the duties that may need to be undertaken. It may be necessary to undertake other duties in order to fulfil the objectives of Hagans Leisure Group.
  • Every Employee, regardless of position has a legal obligation placed upon him/her to conduct themselves in such a way as to avoid any Health or Safety risk to themselves, other Employees or any persons affected by the work activity.
  • Co-operate with the Company, to enable it to carry out its duties under the Health and Safety at Work Order/Act.
  • Set a good personal standard in relation to safe working practices. Report any near miss, accident and /or dangerous occurrence involving employees, members of the public, plant, material or equipment.
  • Report any injury however slight, occurring to themselves while at work. Report any hazards identified within the Company.
  • Maintain good housekeeping. Use correct methods of work. Assist in any investigation of accidents/incidents.
  • Familiarise themselves and conform with the Health and Safety Policy. Familiarise themselves with the fire procedures and protocols. Observe the Safety rules and relevant codes of practices. Be sure that they are physically able to work.
  • Co-operate with all supervisors and managers at all times. Not interfere or misuse anything that is provided to safeguard their health and safety and others. Take care of their health and safety at all times.
  • Wear all personal protective equipment when appropriate and use any appropriate safety devices.
  • Make any suggestions to their line Manager to improve the Company Health and Safety procedures.
  • Regularly monitor and inspect food quality and presentation standards to ensure our guests experience a superior dining experience. Encourage an 'only the best will do' attitude within the department.
  • Assist with compiling a Hagans Leisure Food Safety Policy.
  • Ensure compliance with all practices and procedures Demonstrate creativity and entrepreneurial spirit through ideas of continuous improvement within the department and encourage the same spirit within the team.
  • Complete rotas to ensure we have the right team in the right place to delivery an excellent dining experience.
  • Organise and control all elements of your department to ensure it meets the relevant budget requirements Assist with ordering of stock for the kitchen and bar and keeping stock control records.
  • Provide an outstanding dining experience, ensuring service, quality and consistency, within a clean and safe environment for all.
  • Improve guest satisfaction scores and ratings, and owner retention through delivering great food.
  • Recognise dissatisfaction and dealing with complaints speedily and with empathy resulting in customer satisfaction and improvement to the overall guest experience.
  • Ensure a robust food offering, embracing locally produced stock items where possible.
  • Deliver the highest of food safety standards at all times.
