Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Paint Department and work in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment. This role reports to the Paint Supervisor and the duties of the role will include, but are not limited to the following; Preparation off surfaces before painting. Spray paint various components for assembly. Report to Supervisor/Team Leader. Be able to produce high quality finished products. The ability to ensure work area is kept clean and safe at all times

Responsibilities

• The ability to ensure work area is kept clean and safe at all times.
• Any other reasonable tasks or duties allocated to you by the company from time to time.
• Willingness to learn to maintain and up keep of spray equipment.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience as a spray painter.
• Experience spraying with water-based paints would be an advantage but is not essential. Training will be provided.
• Working to tight deadlines and the ability to prioritise tasks.
• The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Good time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Spray painting experience is an advantage, however training will be provided.
